Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy -

Unfortunately, we do not provide a Cash On Delivery option for the orders placed. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via our official email or telephone provided in the contact us page. 

Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect deliveries for which we do not take any responsibility incase of incorrect deliveries due to wrong address input by customers. 

 

Express Delivery

    If you need your order quickly, we offer express delivery, which typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery, at an extra charge. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

     

    We ship to selected international destinations. The delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination, shipping method and custom clearance. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide an updated delivery estimate.

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

      All of SAYAANIKA’s orders are shipped internationally from our workstation in Bengaluru, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. We take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in case the package is returned or abandoned. 

       

      DAMAGES 

       

      SAYAANIKA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
